CULVAN LABS / OPEN CONVERSATIONS
Your agent. Our calendar.
Let your assistant arrange a free conversation about AI systems, products and infrastructure. The same live availability and booking rules apply everywhere.
Connect once. Start a conversation.
Add Culvan as a remote MCP server in a compatible assistant. Use Streamable HTTP and this URL:
https://culvanlabs.com/mcpNo API key is needed for public booking. Your private booking token is required for subsequent changes.
From a question to a meeting.
- Discover free meeting types and their rules.
- Check live availability in your timezone.
- Approve a specific date and time, and the details to share.
- Your assistant books, waits for confirmation and gives you the Google Meet link.
Rescheduling and cancellation need your approval and your private management token. Keep that token somewhere private.
Built for time zones.
Working hours stay in the host’s timezone. Available slots are shown in yours, with explicit UTC offsets and daylight saving adjustments. Existing meetings, buffers, notice periods, date exceptions and booking limits all count.
A displayed slot is not a reservation. The calendar is checked again when you book; if it cannot be checked, the booking does not go through.
Prefer a direct API?
Send JSON by POST to /api/agent/{operation}. The six operations are:
list_meeting_types
get_available_times
book_meeting
get_booking
reschedule_booking
cancel_bookingGet started by sending an empty object to /api/agent/list_meeting_types. Read the complete request schemas before booking.
Reuse the same idempotency UUID and arguments after a timeout. A pending response is not confirmation: check the booking status, no more often than every five seconds.
A little context.
This is for free introductory conversations with Culvan. Paid sessions and team scheduling are planned for later. Google Calendar sends meeting invitations and updates; custom email reminders are not active.
